Data is intended exclusively for Menlo Capital SAS. Technical processor: Vercel Inc. (site hosting and delivery). By default, contact form messages are sent from your own email software and do not pass through any site server; if a form provider is enabled, it acts as a processor solely to transmit messages.

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties.

Transfers Outside the European Union

The site is delivered by Vercel Inc. (USA) through a global content delivery network. Any transfers of data outside the EU related to this delivery are covered by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
