Where we stand
Menlo Capital is a private company: an accessibility statement is not a legal requirement for this site. We publish one because a firm that claims to judge the quality of a product should hold its own to the same standard.
The target is WCAG 2.2 AA. It has not been externally audited: what follows is a statement of means, not a certification.
What is in place
Contrast checked value by value: the brass used for accents reaches 4.7:1 on ivory, the green used for validation 5.6:1, and gold is never used on a light ground, where it would not clear 1.4:1.
Full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator everywhere, and a skip link to the content. The search palette is built on the native dialog element, which brings focus trapping and Escape-to-close with it.
The reduced-motion system preference is respected, and respected in degrees: the relief is simply already drawn, page transitions drop to 80 milliseconds, but focus and press feedback are kept. Removing those would make the interface harder to understand, not more comfortable.
Content does not depend on JavaScript: search has a no-script fallback page, the contact form composes an e-mail draft without it, and the menu works without it.
Known limits
Testing was done with a keyboard and automated checks, not with a panel of assistive-technology users.
The language switch leads to the twin page, but the English content has not been reviewed by a native speaker.
